Minneapolis Translations into Spanish Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are part of a legal agreement between Customer and TranslationsintoSpanish.com regarding the services provided by TranslationsintoSpanish.com and paid by Customer. Services are described as translations from English into Spanish of approved primary materials in accordance with a time frame requested by Customer.

    Customer shall provide approved primary materials, which constitutes the final information to be translated into Spanish. In case that Customer needs the use of standardized and/or specialized terms in the translation, such specifications shall be provided in writing to TranslationsintoSpanish.com to proceed translating accordingly. Customer agrees to deliver approved primary materials in English in a clear format with delivery date.

    TranslationsintoSpanish.com shall use its goals and principles to translate approved primary materials and shall deliver the translations via e-mail by using word processor software such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, font Times New Roman, and size 12 to facilitate Customer to accommodate the translations in a format of its choice or by mail using standard letter size paper (8.5 inches x 11 inches). Customer may instruct TranslationsintoSpanish.com in writing the usage of any other formats including InDesign, Excel, Photoshop, etc. to receive its translations.

    TranslationsintoSpanish.com will give an estimate including delivery date in writing based on the review of approved primary materials sent by Customer.

    Any modifications/additions may affect the pricing and scheduling. Customer shall be advised that additional charges to the estimate may occur based on the implication of referred modifications/additions to the work already completed. In such cases, Customer must send its approval in writing about additional charges incurred before the modifications/additions are made.

    TranslationsintoSpanish.com shall not be responsible for delivering translations late due to receiving any approved primary materials late and/or in an inappropriate format. TranslationsintoSpanish.com shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential damages, loss of any nature, nor for any claim against Customer by any other third party related to services provided by TranslationsintoSpanish.com regardless of the nature of the claim or the form of the cause of action. TranslationsintoSpanish.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to approved primary materials caused by delivery.

    TranslationsintoSpanish.com certifies and warrants to perform the translations according to its goals and principles. Customer certifies and warrants that it owns or is licensee of all approved primary materials sent to TranslationsintoSpanish.com to translate and shall not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other right of any other third party by publishing, distributing or selling the translations completed by TranslationsintoSpanish.com.

    In the event that Customer decides to end this agreement, TranslationsintoSpanish.com shall have the right to request Customer to pay the full purchase price for the services completed and for all work in progress as of the date of termination. In the event that TranslationsintoSpanish.com decides to end this agreement, Customer shall have the right to receive back approved primary materials to translate along with the translations completed as of the date of termination and Customer shall pay the full purchase price for the services completed.

    Any approved primary materials such as, but not limited to, copyrights, know-how, procedures, sent to TranslationsintoSpanish.com by Customer will remain confidential and they constitute the sole and exclusive property of Customer. TranslationsintoSpanish.com shall not disclose such information to any other person than authorized employees of TranslationsintoSpanish.com unless Customer authorizes TranslationsintoSpanish.com in writing to release approved primary materials/translation to other third party.

    Customer agrees to pay 50% of the estimate issued by TranslationsintoSpanish.com with Customers approval to start translating approved materials. Payment can be made by check or via Paypal. Customer agrees to pay the remaining balance of 50% once TranslationsintoSpanish.com notifies in writing the conclusion of its translation. TranslationsintoSpanish.com reserves the right to agree other payment terms in accordance with Customers request.

    TranslationsintoSpanish.com ensures the security of information submitted via e-mail by downloading and saving the files in a separated storage from the website. All information sent by Customer to TranslationsintoSpanish.com's e-mail address or mail to its physical address is handled directly by the official in charge of evaluating the information to prepare its estimate and measure its confidentiality.

    TranslationintoSpanish.com shall ask information regarding Customers personnel to contact for business purposes. This information will not be sold or shared with other parties outside TraslationsintoSpanish.com.
